The Grain Lab

We have a fully equipped grain lab, which is TASCC accredited by KIWA.  The weighbridge and stores are managed using the store reconciliation software “Black Cat”, which captures data from the weighbridge and the testing instruments to report on every load coming in and going out, so we know exactly what weight and quality is arriving at and leaving the store on every load.

The Lab Manager provides our customers with daily stock and quality reports during harvest intake as well as monthly stock returns, so our customers know exactly what stock they have and what quality it is.  The Lab Manager pre-selects the crop and quality parameters for each of the 13 separate stores, to ensure that different grades of grain can be kept separate.
