Storage and Handling Charges
Annual Storage Cost – £9.50/tonne
This includes:
- Weighbridge charge in and out
- Grain testing and analysis
- Storage from harvest to 30th June following year
- All loading in and out
- Annual grain management
- Grain cooling
- All storage and handling charges are based on a delivered gross weight
- Provision of monthly stock returns and quality checks
Rotary cleaning – £7.15/t
Optical sorting – £16/t (includes 1 month free storage)
General Terms
- No grain will be accepted without a completed ACCS grain passport.
- A & M Turney reserves the right to reject unsellable grain and oilseed rape.
- All deliveries will come under the prevailing AIC or FOSFA 26.A contract terms.
- All storage is based on gross weighbridge weight.
- All drying and cleaning charges are charged on the gross weighbridge weight.
- A & M Turney, or associated marketing partners will endeavour to contact the farmer if the grain is out of specification, but reserve the right to tip the load if the farmer is unavailable and charge according to the A & M Turney published scale of charges.
